Protecting your private and personal information is of utmost importance and we will do whatever it takes to make sure those elements are kept private, personal, and protected.

If you submit your email or phone number anywhere to our site, you are giving Tribble Digital and anyone from Tribble Digital consent to contact you via SMS or Email. Anytime you'd like to cancel this, please let us know by replying to the communication method that contacted you.

  • We will never spam you.
  • We will never have immediate access to your payment methods without consent given prior.
  • You always have the option to opt out of any Tribble Digital mass communication.
  • If you ever want to know the specific data points we have on you, you may request those at your own discretion. On top of that, if you want that or any of that information deleted, you may request that as well.

This Statement of Privacy applies to tribbledigital.com and Tribble Digital, LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Tribble Digital, LLC include tribbledigital.com and Tribble Digital. The Tribble Digital website is an informational site, as well as a place to conduct business. By using the Tribble Digital website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of Your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, Tribble Digital may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

  • Mailing Address

  • Phone Number
  • Age
  • Gender

If you purchase Tribble Digital's products and services, we may collect billing and credit card information or bank account information if we are the handlers of the purchase transaction. The only reason we collect this information is to complete the purchase transaction, nothing more or less.

Third-Party Services and Data Access

In the course of delivering advertising performance dashboards and account-based services, Tribble Digital uses secure third-party services to access and display data from advertising platforms on your behalf. These services include:

  • Supabase – a backend database and authentication platform that powers our secure client dashboards, including dashboard.tribbledigital.com.
  • Google Ads API – used to retrieve campaign performance data when you explicitly connect your Google Ads account.

When you authenticate your Google account with our platform, you are granting us limited access to your advertising account data. This data is:

  • Only accessed with your explicit consent
  • Stored securely and never sold or shared
  • Used solely to display performance metrics through your private dashboard

You may revoke access at any time by contacting alec@tribbledigital.com or removing authorization through your Google account settings.

Use of Your Personal Information

Tribble Digital collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services or information you have requested. Tribble Digital may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Tribble Digital and its affiliates.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Tribble Digital does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties, ever. Limited contact information may be shared in hashed form with advertising platforms for conversion measurement, as described in "Advertising and Conversion Measurement" below.

Advertising and Conversion Measurement

We use advertising and analytics tags on our Site — including the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager — which set cookies and collect information about your visit (such as pages viewed and actions taken) to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you relevant ads.

In addition, when you take an action on our Site such as booking a call or submitting a form, we may share limited information you provided — such as your email address, name, and phone number — with advertising platforms (for example, Meta's Conversions API) to measure ad conversions, prevent duplicate counting, and improve ad delivery. This information is hashed (irreversibly encoded using SHA-256) before it is transmitted, and the receiving platform uses it only to match the conversion to its own users under its own privacy policy. We do not share your information in plain text for these purposes, and we do not share it for the platforms' independent marketing use.

You can limit this measurement by declining cookies in your browser, adjusting your ad preferences within Meta (Settings & Privacy → Ads) and Google (adssettings.google.com), or using industry opt-out tools such as those provided by the Digital Advertising Alliance.

Tracking User Behavior

Tribble Digital may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Tribble Digital, in order to determine what Tribble Digital services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Tribble Digital to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Tribble Digital may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. Tribble Digital may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Tribble Digital. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Tribble Digital website.

Tribble Digital uses secure third-party services to help power client dashboards and display advertising performance metrics. These include:

  • Supabase – a secure backend platform for data storage and user authentication.
  • Google Ads API – used to retrieve campaign data when users explicitly connect their Google Ads account via a secure OAuth process.

When you connect your Google Ads account to our dashboard, you consent to allow Tribble Digital to access the following data:

  • Google Ads account ID
  • Performance data such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions
  • Search term and campaign-level metrics

This data is:

  • Accessed only after you grant permission via Google's OAuth consent flow
  • Stored securely in our Supabase database, encrypted at rest
  • Never sold, rented, or shared with third parties
  • Only used to populate your personal dashboard with relevant performance insights

You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the integration from your Google Account permissions dashboard, or by contacting us directly to remove your data from our systems. We do not access or store any data from your Google account that is not directly related to advertising performance.

Access tokens and advertising data are stored securely using Supabase's cloud infrastructure, protected by encryption and authenticated access protocols. Tribble Digital follows best practices in application-level and database-level security to ensure your advertising data remains private and protected at all times.

Tribble Digital secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed.

Children Under Thirteen

Tribble Digital does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

E-mail Communications

From time to time, Tribble Digital may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Tribble Digital or click on a link therein.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Tribble Digital, you may opt out of such communications by clicking opt-out at the bottom of the email.

Changes to This Statement

Tribble Digital reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes at our own discretion. That being said, if there are significant changes being made that involve your personal information, we will send an email directly to you with the details enclosed in the email.
